Cowboys In The NFL

The road to the NFL has clearly made its way through Oklahoma State University.  Cowboys have been blazing a trail to the league for decades.  Along the way, OSU has produced some of the top individual performers in NFL history.

ESPN.com recently ranked OSU among the top 15 schools in the country for producing "Elite NFL Talent".

Heading into the 2011 season, 15 former Cowboys have made rosters and more could be added in the near future.  Teams are currently sorting rosters for week 1 of the season.

The former OSU standouts include, RB Kendall Hunter (San Francisco), WR Dez Bryant (Dallas), LB Orie Lemon (Dallas), K Dan Bailey (Dallas), DE Juqua Parker (Philadelphia), DT Ryan McBean (Denver), OT Russell Okung (Seattle), TE Billy Bajema (St. Louis), TE Brandon Pettigrew (Detroit), OT Corey Hilliard (Detroit), OT Charlie Johnson (Minnesota), DT Kevin Williams (Minnesota), DE Antonio Smith (Houston), CB Jacob Lacey (Indianapolis), DT Swanson Miller (New Orleans).
