OSU Cowboys In the NFL Playoffs
Oklahoma State Cowboys In The NFL
#3 Oklahoma State has always been represented in the NFL Playoffs and this season is no different. Three Cowboys are set to play this weekend in the divisional playoffs. Keep an eye out for San Francisco running back Kendall Hunter, Denver defensive lineman Ryan McBean and Antonio Smith on the Houston defense. Hunter and McBean will play Saturday, Jan. 14, while Smith and the Texans play Sunday, Jan. 15 at 12 p.m. on CBS. The 49ers play at 3:30 p.m. CT Saturday on FOX and the Broncos are the late game at 7 p.m. CBS.
Six former Oklahoma State standouts made the 2011 NFL Playoffs. Along with Hunter, McBean and Smith, Detroit TE Brandon Pettigrew and Lions OT Corey Hilliard along with Cincinnati QB Zac Robinson all reached the first round. OSU had 26 Cowboys at one point in the league during the 2011 season.
