Oklahoma State's Justin Blackmon's consistency has been one of his trademarks as college football's best receiver.
So on Thursday night, Blackmon won the Fred Biletnikoff Award for the second year in a row.
Blackmon was accorded the honor, given to the nation's top receiver, during the College Football Awards show on ESPN.
"I'm overjoyed," Blackmon told host Chris Fowler. "It's a blessing to be up here and be up for the award again."
Blackmon is the second two-time winner, joining Texas Tech's Michael Crabtree, who won it in 2007 and '08.
