STILLWATER - Before Oklahoma State's football practice on Oct. 14, 2010, Cowboy safety Markelle Martin presented to Brandon Weeden two birthday gifts.
One was a cane. The other was a box of Depend adult diapers.
Several teammates tease OSU's senior quarterback about his age, but, Weeden says, Martin is the most persistent and the funniest.
"Markelle heckles me all the time about it," Weeden said. "If I'm nicked up or have a little injury, he'll throw some old-man cream at me."
What became of the adult diapers?
On Friday, as Martin undoubtedly is aware, Weeden has another birthday - his 28th.
